We had been in the market looking for a house for nearly 18 months and had lots of dealings with many of the real estate agents. It’s fair to say that the Platinum Realty team are a cut above the rest. Buying our house through Alicia and John felt so easy and painless because they were always professional, friendly and genuine in their approach. Absolute Standout!!

Sarah and the team at Platinum Realty Currumbin really did save the day for me!
I don’t think any review can describe the level of professionalism and awesomeness that Sarah from platinum realty displayed during my transition between real estate agents..

But I’ll give it a go...

Here’s the nutshell.. I was left in the bottom of a giant pickle jar that was the result of both property mismanagement from a previous agent and tenants that were far less than desirable. In the end, I had to perform a minor renovation to be able to let the property out again.

Sarah not only purchased that pickle jar, she literally scooped me out of it and took on the disaster that was left.. She guided me through the minefield of organising tradespeople and what exactly I needed to do with the budget I had.. (btw the trades people were amazing too!!) She even offered to take home the curtains and wash them herself!! Who does that? She does!! It’s those little attention to detail pieces and concern for what I was going through that is the standout in my mind..

Sarah was able to secure great tenants within two weeks of signing in to the agency. I was just finishing the renovation when they moved in. Sarah’s efficiency and communication is phenomenal.

I’m so happy that I messaged Sarah.. If you’re looking for a property agent, or looking to change, from my experience sometimes the bigger and well known agencies aren’t the greatest. Unlike before, I now feel comforted and confident that a watchful eye is on my property and it’s in safe hands. Give Sarah a call you won’t be disappointed..

We have a unit in Surfers Paradise and live interstate. The previous agent had indicated finding a permanent tenant would be near impossible and the unit was sitting empty, no income (Corona Virus April 2020).
We engaged Sarah as we saw that a unit within our complex was “under application” and she was the contact and the testimonials on her website were promising. Sarah found us a tenant in less than 3 weeks - during the Corona virus when there was an abundance of units on the market as landlords who holiday let were then wanting permanent rental. Sarah advised of all applicants and offered her advice as to which she believed was the best and then secured that tenant after our okay.

We have not met Sarah, but in dealing with her over the phone she has always been professional, pleasant and her communication excellent – always keeping us informed of what is happening and reassuring us. She is genuinely caring. Her ethics and level of service are of the highest standard we have experienced in real estate. We feel for the first time that as the landlord our best interests are put first. Whenever I have called she has answered, even on her day off. She has gone above and beyond her role and our expectations, among some things cleaning, vacuuming with her own vacuum as ours was stolen and disposing of unwanted items on our behalf.

February 2019 our investment property on the Gold Coast was advertised for rent, Sarah reached out and introduced herself. She was very professional as she understood we had an agent in place, and only wanted me to keep her details in the event circumstances changed.
