Referral Conditions Disclaimer for Real Estate:

By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following conditions:

Eligibility: To be eligible for the referral reward, you must refer a potential seller to Platinum Realty.

Successful Sale Requirement: The referral reward of a $1,000 gift card will only be granted if the person you referred successfully sells their property through Platinum Realty.

Gift Card Distribution: The $1,000 gift card will be distributed to you within 7 days after the successful completion of the referred person's property sale, provided all contractual obligations are met.

Multiple Referrals: You are welcome to make multiple referrals, and a separate $1,000 gift card will be awarded for each successful sale resulting from a unique referral.

Taxes and Fees: Any taxes or fees associated with the receipt of the gift card are the responsibility of the recipient.

Expiration: This referral program and its associated rewards are subject to change or expire without prior notice. Platinum Realty reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

Non-Exclusive Agreement: This referral program does not create an exclusive agreement between you and Platinum Realty. We reserve the right to engage with other leads and clients independently.

Limitations: Platinum Realty reserves the right to refuse a referral or discontinue participation in the referral program if there is a breach of any terms and conditions. By participating in our referral program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Platinum Realty reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the referral program at its sole discretion.
